I just wanted to thank you personally for your assistance leading up to the Dbn July. Your willingness to accommodate made the process for us that much more manageable.
All in all we loved the experience and are glad to have gotten the exposure to the setup and infrastructure of the Durban July. Thank you for guiding us. Your patience has resulted in us being now well educated in the field. We hope to work with you next year on more than one site!

Thank you so much for your help throughout the recent DURBAN JULY. We really enjoy working with you and hope that we can meet up before the next one is upon us.
Could you kindly provisionally book a marquee for Three Cities, however they have requested for it to be bigger than this year.
Only feedback we have from this year’s event is that we found that there were a lot of people that broke through the back of the marquee, could we arrange for additional spare fencing to be provided and secured at the back of the marquee to stop people from walking through and stealing food & beverage.
Once again I would really like to thank you for all your hard work, effort that you put into this event and the continuous positive attitude that you have with everyone!!! Thank you!!!

I would like to say thank you so much for organising the Picnic Site no.56 for the July. It was a phenomenal site and the day was a roaring success!!
I know it’s still early days for the 2010 July, but I would like to know if you could please put my name down for a Winning Post picnic site for 2010. I am fully aware that the date might change due to the FIFA World Cup, but would like to reserve a spot for whatever date it is going to be held on.
